Natural Life style Tips to Avoid Hair fall and White Hair


Avoid Stress:
Avoid emotional shock and try to take the lively moments casually. Even if your hair turns white during emotional shock, it will disappear once if you come back to normal relaxed mood.

Avoid stress environment like traffic areas and choose a relaxed lifestyle always. Even if you caught in such stress environment, take some deep breaths and stay cool.

Don’t think about problems always, thinking about problems will not solve them. Just try to relax yourself as much as possible.

Change Your Food Habits Slightly:
Include carrots, coriander leaves, eggs, banana at least once in your weekly food.
Stop Smoking and too much alcohol consumption.

Stop artificial drinks and try to consume natural drinks like coconut water at least once in a week.

And drink cool water. Bath with room temperature water.

Shampoo and Hair Conditioners:
If you are using concentric shampoos or hair conditioners those contains sulphate, stop it immediately
In Particular avoid hair conditioners as it will thin your hair and cause whitening and falling.

Oil your hair during night times in alternative days.

Simple Yoga and Exercises
Do simple yoga, just closing your eyes for 10 minutes every day at your desired time and don’t think about nothing and observe your mind goes wherever during this ten minute.

You can feel a huge difference in your thoughts and physical freshness in few days.
Do simple exercises like walking.

If you are taking any medicine like tablets , try to reduce their consumption gradually and nullify the consumption of tablets.
