Nowadays some people are affected by common cold very
frequently. And even some people will have common cold throughout the year for
all the 365 days.
If you think that, drastic climatic changes might be the
main reason for your common cold, you should also notice that most of the
people (at least some) would remain healthy even in those critical climatic
conditions.
This simply indicates that they have powerful immune system
by nature or they might have a healthy nutrition foods regularly by knowing or
unknowingly.
So, root cause of the frequent occurrence of common cold is
weak immune system. So, you should strengthen it first. This cannot be done
overnight. It may take certain duration.
Until then you have to remain patient (dual meaning J)
during the course of action.
And that is not so difficult. The techniques /tips that I am
going to give in this article are very simple. But the only thing is you should
follow it regularly. Some of the techniques should be converted into your habit
to get rid of common cold. Here I give you the tricks.
1.Stop mouth breathing:
It is
closely observed and concluded that frequent common cold is occurred due to
mouth breathing particularly while sleeping. If you mouth breathing during the
whole night and if you wake up in the early morning, suddenly unknowingly you
will start to inhale through your nose after you wake up.
If you
inhale cold air suddenly through your nose, then at the same time you can feel
some small itchy kind of irritation inside nose followed by running nose and
next day it will be matured into cold.
So, if you
stop mouth breathing, and practice to breath through nose, you are half the way
away from common cold.
Remember
one thing, nose is made for breathing and mouth is for eating and speaking.
2.Do a Plank
I am pretty sure , nobody had given you this technique for running nose. Yes, a simple plank exercise will give a sudden relief and day by day give permanent cure for running nose.
If you are doing for a plank first time, you might withstand in the plank position for 15 to 20 seconds. But that might not be the issue for us.
As you have running nose or Nose blockage , just spread a towel or hand clothe below your head . Don't stop the dropping fluid .
If you are not satisfied with the first time and still feel uncomfortable with your breathing, take rest for 2 minutes and do second time. Then the entire day , running nose or nose blockage will not occur.
The important thing here is you should not open your mouth while doing this plank exercise. You should breath only through your nose.
