Excercise of maintaing and Improving Clear Eye Vision

  1. Sit straight. Close your eyes. Rotate slowly in clock-wise like your eyeballs circulate in your eyes . Repeat five times. 
  2. Now , rotate anti-clockwise.
  3. Stay closed the eyes.
  4. Move it diagonally from downwards to upwards.
  5. And upwards to downwards. 
  6. Repeat five times.
  7. Now slowly open the eyes.
  8. Follow the above steps opening the eyes.
